I am proud of myself.
I have many reasons to be proud of myself. Each day, I take the time to list five accomplishments of my day. Every day, I look for more reasons to be proud of myself.
When I need a reminder, I think about my life, children, partner, friends, career, and accomplishments. It is easy to remember all the amazing things I do regularly by going through this mental list.
My friends and family are proud of me. They think good thoughts about me and are impressed by the things I can do. They are pleased that I am part of their lives. Their pride makes me feel even more proud of myself.
When I have a few spare moments, I like to think about what I need to do and resolve to do them most positively. Whether I am at work or with my friends and family, I speak and behave in a way that fills me with pride.
When I am at work, I treat everyone respectfully and do high-quality work. I am an excellent employee. When I am at home, I love and act as a spouse and parent should.
Today, I choose to remember all the beautiful things I do. I am proud of my many accomplishments and myself.
This is the beginning of loving yourself. Welcome home.
